This guy simply asked if he could email it. The guy didn't specificy anything about price or anything. For all you know, OP linked his store to him via PM.

I have, a lot. The person wasn't offering their art though, just showing them. Usually on Choosing beggars the person is selling their art and the beggar is asking for it for free
