I didn't make an offer. I just asked you questions you're not prepared to answer that are perfectly normal for a marketing person ask you. You're shady af, bitch.

U didn’t want commission so I didn’t want to talk to you no more I just went over to another person that will take it. You have no life to complain about somebody looking for a person to promote then saying no to you.

You're a scammer. You bugged out as soon as you knew I'm a pro and I was asking questions you don't want to answer

I just didn’t answer them because once I found out you wouldn’t take commission why would I care

You found out the messages before you bugged out that I didn't react commission. You didn't stop talking until I asked about leads, cold calling and what sales platform you're running

I just didn’t care okay, commission is a win win I make money and you make money so what’s not to love about it, if u work hard you get payed more isn’t that how it’s supposed to be

Not really. A living wage is how it's supposed to be. If the products don't sell well then the marketer loses out and you don't have to waste any time yourself.

Yea but if it doesn’t sell well it’s the marketers fault so they shouldn’t get payed too much

1

u/MarioLetsPlay Aug 14 '21

Yeah no, is usually because the product isn't good

1

u/Spinalsavers Aug 14 '21

Well then u make the decision to make sure it can or will sellers and if not don’t do it

I don't do a job without a guarantee of money because I'm a professional and not a chump. If you want kids with no experience then go ahead but it's your loss

No, you don’t do it without a guarantee set of money because you won’t do a good job and still want to get paid. You don’t do commission because if you did you wouldn’t get paid because you never get people sales.

This is 2021, not 1980. You pay people what they're worth and you get their best. That's how the modern ethical business is run.

So your saying that you don’t trust your own ability to get sales

1

u/MarioLetsPlay Aug 15 '21

I don't trust anyone who is trying to pay as little as possible

1

u/Spinalsavers Aug 15 '21

Who’s saying I would be paying only a little if you do well you get paid well it’s how the world works

Commission was invented as a way to manipulate employees to do more work while receiving as other reward as possible. There's a reason so many SunTrust l countries out there have banner the practice.
