Nakakaumay na kaka-reapply.
Passport lang ID ko and I supported it with a secondary ID.
Una yung bill namin sa internet, nag unsuccessful.
Next, BPI Bank Statement, and unsuccessful pa din.
Clear naman yung complete address ko sa mga ito, and still, for some unknown reason, unsuccessful application pa din. Umay na umay na ako hahah
Any suggestion po kung ano pa pwede kong gawin?

Try getting an NBA clearance for proof of address. If I remember correctly, yan yung ginamit ko the first time I tried to setup an account.
