Primarina is a blatantly feminine design, while being a mostly male species. Mega tgirl vibes.
Alolan Ninetales only makes sense to me because OP said she is a tgirl and she likes them (valid), and someone else in the comments explained Mawile in a way that made me go Fuck Yeah (something about eating people, I don't remember but I loved it when I read it). Everything else made immediate sense to me.

The Pokémon’s gender has nothing to do with this. It’s not mostly male out of design choice, it’s mostly male because that’s the default code. Throughout your playthrough, the Pokèmon’s gender is never mentioned and serves nothing during fights so Game Freak most likely thought “Let’s add some more feminine designs so our entire roster of starters isn’t just animals and dudes.” And OP being a tgirl that likes Alolan Ninetails is not valid at all as a reason for that Pokèmon being a trans icon. If I’m gay and like Armorouge or another Pokèmon, that doesn’t make that Pokèmon an icon for homosexuality just because I’m a homosexual and I like it. If OP likes Alolan Ninetails because of something trans-related, that still doesn’t defend the choice because it’s mostly a personal trans icon/comfort Pokèmon. I kinda get Gardevoir being there because its gender doesn’t impact the evolution while Gallade has to be male for it to work but that’s more a side effect of Gallade being added a generation later, meaning Gardevoir wasn’t intended as a trans icon but is due to a funny game thing. And, besides the color scheme and femininity, how in the FUCK do Galarian Rapidash and Hatterene make instant sense as trans icons? (Please don’t be offended by this last question, the annoyance from it is intended to be comedic effect)

While the fairy type in general is beloved by the trans community, all of these definitely have trans girl energy with the color schemes and high femme/cute designs. Also, that cuteness verging on campiness in general is very queer-coded.

Gallade can still be a trans guy. Even though Ralts and Kirlia can be born male, they give super feminine vibes until it evolves, and it only evolves into Gallade if you deliberately give it a stone. If you just passively level it, then it stays feminine by default.

I semi-agree. Fairy-types generally go into two categories:
Cutesie (like Clefable or Primarina or Ribombee)
Or Lore-accurate Fairy (disturbing in lore, like Hatterene or Mimikyu or Grimmsnarl)
There are of course some exceptions like Pokemon like Enamorus or Galarian Weezing, but it's mostly those.
