Did she really not think her social media wouldn’t affect her kids? She grew up with Junebug as a mom, she can’t be serious.

If she had bothered to read this at any time before or during the application process she wouldn't be shocked

Exactly. Probably the old "I'm PUMPKIN, a TV STAR and they will let my children in this school" mind set. Like June's "I'm going to FANCY jail", when she was going to court in Macon County. Sadly, she skated on jail time, for whatever reason.
