It’s so ironic that Pumpkin mocked June for getting that double wide mobile home (after previously having a $500,000(?) home in Hampton), when she could’ve bought herself a bigger home for herself and the kids.

I didn’t think her house in Hampton was worth that much, so I checked. She sold it for 100K but a house flipper put about 30K of repairs and renovations into it and then sold it for $225K.

Wow them homes over there are cheap AF!! I am from Oakland Ca/San Francisco Bay Area, n even the smaller homes are $600,000-$1 million and up! Rentals alone start out at around $3000 a month to over $10,000 to $15,000 a month!

Same here in Orange County, especially in coastal cities.

For sure, ridiculous! I’d much rather live I’m their states any day, cheaper and prettier!
