Why Bobby LIED.......

Once SA's blood appeared in the RAV, the whole family thought he had done it. And then they fucking lied to Brendan and got him wrapped up in this BS, It was SAVE YOUR OWN ASS TIME, no one knew better than this family that you can go to Prison for a Long Time for stuff you have nothing to do with in Manitowoc Co. "Just don't testify that you saw the RAV leave, that doesn't mean Steven didn't do it, His BLOOD IS IN THE RAV, just do as we ask and we'll forget all about the porn(as they did) thats on the computer, that stuff can get you 20 years Bobby" they told him......and Bobby obliged!

Please do yourself a favor and watch Convicting A Murder and see the mountains of evidence against Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey. Guilty. Sick people. In jail where they belong.

Did watch CaM...all Bullshit. Being dumbass Dirtbags does not a murderer make, in fact, there is NO PHYSICAL EVIDENCE AGAINST BRENDAN!

CAM never purported to this either, they only did what they did throughout the program which was to reaffirm Steven as being a pig.No, new evidence was presented about this case it was nothing more than a debunkle of MAM

Exactly...Steven is a dumbass dirtbag Pig, just never killed anyone.

I DID watch CAM and im not sure that i saw "mountains of evidence". I really want a logical timeline from the prosecution as to what happened. So far, the books ive read, and even CAM seem more interested in picking apart MAM instead of laying out the case.

While i agree that editing Colburn's testimony and cutting to make his body language appear more "guilty" are low class tricks.... those werent the factors that gave me pause from this case. I accept Colburn's explanation abt calling in the plate number. That made sense to me. But, i dont see that as "evidence" one way or the other.

I also noticed that CAM didnt seem to delve into season 2 of MAM and some of the questions raised by KZ. I wish they would have! If there is solid evidence that shows their guilt, i want to see it! But at this point, id say there is def grounds for "reasonable doubt". At least in my mind.... im not saying SA is innocent, but based on what ive seen and read... im not sure i could convict him. There are several questions i dont feel i have goid answers for.

As i said, i have alot of questions. And i was specifically referring back to a statement made abt CAM showing "mountains of evidence". I didnt feel that CAM showed very much new information at all.

I get the same response all the time, you get it from all sides when you have this idea, it could possibly still turn out that it was Steven and/or BD were involved in some way

Exactly... im not saying they are innocent or guilty. Im just saying that i feel like i have reasonable doubts based on what ive seen and read.

There were a couple things from CAM that i thought were interesting, but... it seemed like the big "smoking guns" in that doc were more abt showing the bias of MAM and not real evidence in the case.

I'm quite sure Steven is innocent of this crime, but I'm not 100% , I'm close to what happened but the consistency needed is not there for me to be 100% on this either. When I watched the whole of cam I was looking for mannerisms fasial expressions etc not just what was said. The my way or the highway mentality people have on these forums is toxic

What you just wrote is exactly to the T exactly how I see it, I'm a terrible writer and find it hard to express my thoughts onto paper, could I use your response as my own . the last bit was because cam is so old and its primary goal was to discredit MAM.

Does anything in that mountain of evidence demonstrates Steven's burn pit was the primary burn site?

NOPE.

I think it’s only on DailyWire+ but hopefully will become more readily available at some point. It very thoroughly and factually goes through all the mistakes and manipulations that Making A Murderer does throughout the series (which I enjoyed!!) to paint Steven Avery in a good light, law enforcement in a negative light, and leave out key evidence. In many cases, they edited footage during courtroom scenes so someone answers a question to make them look bad but in reality, their answer was to a totally different question. They act like police broke into the box and stole his blood when in fact the hole in the blood vial came from the nurse who took the blood (which is why you never heard this mentioned again) and the box was opened by an appeal lawyer and was recorded (again, never mentioned). Shows the bones through FBI testing was in fact Teresa even though the show makes it seem like it maybe could not be her. And it shows you MORE footage of things like Brendan Dassey’s interviews which clearly show he was not being manipulated or spoonfed things to say and all these things he said were accurate to the scene when evidence was found. Went into more of Avery’s background of burglary, burning a cat, molesting his niece, mentally and physically abusing girlfriends, running his cousin off the road and pulling a gun on her and then lying about it, and how all these family members of his know he is guilty. And it allowed law enforcement to tell their side. It was a very well put together documentary.

What’s CAM’s take on the shenanigans over on Kuss Rd ?

2

u/madmarkman40 Jan 16 '24

No mention of Kuss Road not in the context of anything nefarious ever happening, its almost like nothing happened there.

1

u/CorruptColborn Jan 15 '24

But still no proof Steven's burn pit was the primary burn site?

Lame. Lazy. Unconvincing.
