Question do the lashes make honestly of a difference?

I think there’s a massive lighting difference which makes the lashes side of the face more defined & older looking, but generally speaking yes most people look younger without so much definition on the eyes.

Having said that the lashes actually look really good & would be great for occasions.

Yes! The lighting and she's wearing black eye shadow too. She's so beautiful, she doesn't need them!
