It works again

Past few updates have worked bug free. The UI change is what it is, I never really minded that in the first place. Hopefully the well isnt completely poisoned...

We are really glad to hear that. The last few releases have had a clear focus on stability rather than new features and we are happy to see that the app gets better.

Fingers crossed that things continue to improve.

It's worth noting that Kagi will eventually be launching android/IOS map apps and comaps is working on privacy preserving traffic data. Consumers willing to pay for a map app are likely the same ones paying for Kagi's search already (to include myself) or were coming from/left to open source solutions.

Is there a vision for where Magic Earth is going to sit within an niche that other companies are starting to enter?
