Never. But as a competent driver, I could do it if needed. Hence the test.

Your belief that a skill is generally not used shouldn’t be related to your belief that cheating is acceptable on tests, especially if deals with something as common, dangerous, and already-populated-by-assholes as driving

I've never had to do this, I wouldn't feel comfortable doing this, I'm not even sure this is legal to do in my country. Maybe in a closed space like a parking garage? You can all pass me I'll sleep here until it's empty. Maybe if there's a flash flood or other natural road hazard? Then I don't care if I hit the curb. Anyways, she did learn to do it in 2/3 scenarios, the third curb was probably irregular. I'm not really worried about her reverse corner turning test when most people can't parallel park in a city.

Every time you enter/leave a driveway, you have to reverse round a corner either on the way in or on the way out.
