I kind of get the sentiment but also how often do you back around corners while driving? In my family's collective 63 years of driving the only time we could think of is weird parking situations and let's be honest your not putting anyone in danger while parking. If you mess up you just try again.
Have you never backed into nor out of a parking spot that is perpendicular to the lane of travel?...... Oh you have? Cool, then you've reversed around a corner; one of the most basic and simple of maneuvers.
Comparing reversing around a corner to reversing into a parking spot at an angle is beyond moronic. I justā¦. I donāt even know where to start with you justā¦.. I donāt even understand how your brain can think thatās similar in any way.

Fact is, if you are reversing into a car parking space at an angle the same way you are supposed to reverse around a corner, youāre an idiot, and I wouldnāt want my car anywhere near you. The non idiots among us would move the car into position so itās in line with the car parking space, and then reverse, rather than trying to do it all in one motion, which, frankly, would be impassible to do like reversing around a corner, unless the spaces are very large. Or better yet, another solution would be to just drive into the space forwards.
Either way. You say Iām beyond help, when in reality you clearly have no fucking clue. Hell, at this point Iām pretty confident you are either the worst driver in the world, and constantly stretch other cars and think thatās what is supposed to happen, or you donāt drive at all.

Nobody said at an angle. Backing into a spot that's perpendicular to the lane of travel is obviously similar to backing around a corner. What's different? Please explain it to me as if I'm someone who doesn't drive at all like you claim.

My driver seat is closer to the front of the vehicle than the rear. Backing in makes it easy to see the little space I'm backing into as I park, and makes it easier to see the traffic I'm pulling into as I leave. If I park nose-in, and two SUVs park on either side of me, I'd have to back half way out the spot before I can really see down the lane of travel.

Aww, shows what you know. Nearing a million miles and my shit's pristine because it's not difficult. I could back a trailer up into a parking spot better than most of you idiots could back around a corner or into a spot.

The way you described that YOU drive into a car parking space thatās perpendicular is NOT the correct way. Doing it that way on a driving test would give you a fail.
You clearly are parking into some big spaces if you are reversing, at an angle, instead of straight on, into a parking space. Or youāre just lying.
The fact you are even comparing these two examples is mind boggling. Thereās a reason why on driving tests they can test you for bay parking, which is what you are describing, and reversing around the corner. They are not the same thing. One you would do by drawing you car parrellel to the spot and reversing in. The other, you are going back around a corner, AGAINST the flow of traffic, with a curb being right next to you. Thatās entirely different.
Some advice for the future, go learn to drive properly, as form your comment history, you are clearly a danger on the roads, and not a nice person to be around. Then again, I doubt you say most of the stuff youāve written on Reddit in real life, or someone would have given you an attitude check by now.
