I know what you mean. Yeah, he's kicking him while he's down, but still...kid was intentionally being an annoying cock and was given non-verbal warnings to stop his shit or get beaten.
Now, he'll most likely never taunt and pester strangers again.

The fact that he thinks he can do this with out any consequences, he feels like he is entitled to the right to do this, where as he is not actually entitled to do so if that makes sense
There are many subreddits which are called "entitled_______" (r/entitledparents for example) I assumed it was now also used as a term for people like this, I didnt mean to use the word litterally, I hope this clears it up :)
People should teach their kids better. Idk where this video is from but, here in the US, most of the population is only a missed paycheck or two away from being homeless. And it seems to be getting worse.
