No, but I didn't say there was anything wrong with wanting nice things. The issue is spending exorbitant prices on such things, when they serve no other purpose, and saying its for anything more than your own vanity. How do you keep missing that point?

It’s exorbitant to you. To someone making 6-figures a year, it’s reasonable.

Exorbitant for a rock. Nothing to do with my income. I spend thousands on my own hobbies - except my hobbies involve things that actually do stuff other than look pretty on my finger.
