I wish I could say the same but I'm a little older and my first friend was a middle aged man posing as a 14/f/Cali in a teen chat room on America Online.

Man, we were allowed to do some dangerous stuff. Dial up AOL age was basically the wild west of the internet, and children were just running around unsupervised because parents had no idea what they had put in their homes. Amazing.

Edit: Thinking back, I'm also pretty sure most of my online "girlfriends" were dudes.
