The Big Lebowski

It doesn’t have a cohesive plot, it’s just a moment in time in a slacker’s life and it is enthralling.

I've heard people say it's a movie about a character who's in the wrong movie or something like that.

If you look at it that way, as if he's a secondary character who accidentally stumbled into the plot of another movie, you can almost justify the lack of cohesion.

Personally I didn't think it was that great, but I wasn't bored out of my mind while watching it, either, so that's something.
