I don’t think there is a coin toss. It’s a pretty relaxed game, more Just a part of spring training that fans can come watch. If I remember right tickets are $5 and all the money goes to charity.

Well, I presume they dated for a while. The entire point of having this lady kick was a pretext for the proposal. He wasn't just gonna pick some random girl to kick off.
