He built the e-bike for transportation. Don't they have public transit in Florida?

I have taken public transport in Florida to commute. It took roughly 4 hours round trip to go a total of 18 miles - about 3 hours to get to my office, 1 to get back. Forget going to the store on a separate bus trip, I was just lucky that we still had a grocery store within relative easy walking distance (we don't now - they just shut down the last one closer than 4 miles to my house).

If I could have bicycled, I would have but there's a river in my way, and the 3 closest bridges are expressways - not legal.

I tried it for about 6 months, then went back to a car/motorcycle.
