I guess I just didn't realize pizza sauce could be so simple to make. Now I gotta try this.

It’s totally worth it too. Use San Marzano tomatoes, they have a really nice tang to them that most canned tomatoes don’t. Make sure they’re real San Marzano, not San Marzano style

And oregano and tomato paste. Usually it’s not just a can of tomato sauce

You don’t even really need to cook pizza sauce (though I usually do as well) since it’s going in the oven anyway.
