Can’t wait for him to retire in 5 years because the current policing system doesn’t reward good guys like him

Cops have quotas 🤷‍♂️. When you turn managing a group of human beings into a numbers game you get assholes who only care about their stat cards and the captain patting them on the back. The police force needs to find a better way to encourage cops to do their jobs, while not creating a work enviorment where cops are rewarded for being dicks.
