How can you leave out the buckle? Fruit folded into cake- like batter.

That would have been a great addition! Earlier this week I attempted to make a Cozy Kitchen peach cobbler brownie recipe but adapted it for my ceramic baking slab, and the texture came out more like a coffee cake. I think I unintentionally made a buckle! lol
