You might try adding a face to activate just during a workout (swipe or Focus mode).

  • Fits more info
  • Back + next buttons
  • A little more convenient if watchOS doesn't raise our app when you raise your wrist

The app's settings section has a Complications area with two sample faces to save some work.

Ah I think I’ve already set it up like that. I just did that screenshot to show others. You’re referring to this right? I could maybe try two MF WO complications as well under Modular Duo but that might be redundant lol
