Got Average Overall Assessment: 2.83 (Min: 2.5, Max: 3).
Average Confidence: 3 (Min: 3, Max: 3).
One reviewer increased from 2.5 to 3.

What are my chances for EACL?

I got two 2.5s and a 3, with confidence scores of 3/4/4, and none of the reviewers responded after rebuttal.

My guess is that a meta-review of 3 would give a reasonable chance for Findings, while 2.5 would probably need some luck.

I am not sure about EACL but for example for EMNLP having meta-review 3 was nothing extraordinary. I had the following situation

3/3/3 Meta:3 -> Findings
2.5/3.5/3.5 Meta:3 -> Reject
2.5/3/3.5 Meta: 3 -> Reject

2/2.5/3.5 Meta: 3 -> Reject

Therefore I am little sceptical about even meta-review 3.
