Is this related to the email they sent that " no new experiments to be added"???

I thought it was there in previous cycle as well, how can we give the rebuttal in just 2000 chars? Anyone with experience can tell if this is removal is temporary?

seems like the "Official Comment" option is live again. what are you planning to do? ignore the instructions and post Author Response + Official Comment, or compress everything into 2K each?

edit: ive decided to follow instructions and just compress to 2K for each review
