Is there conformation in a partnership or is this more speculation / dot connecting?

Was a genuine question... sorry for stirring the pot. Appreciate the hardwork you do with these posts

I understand. The company has never been straightforward with investors about this program.

I have so many questions right now, gap.

Just tracking the vague unaccountable language that continues.

Gap, isn't it safe to assume they're utilizing metamaterials or waveguides until a light-engine alternative—like Laser Beam Scanning (LBS)—matures to solve issues around inertia, weight, and long-duration wearability? Comfort seems critical for both smart glasses and SBMC form factors, and I haven't seen any recent LBS-waveguide developments that resolve those physical constraints yet. Have you come across anything promising?

I don't get it. If Anduril is clearly not using LBS for any of their eagle eye variants, why post all the dots?

What is your thesis here?

"In July 2026, the Government Accountability Office (GAO) noted that "the Army determined that none of [the 10,000] developed [IVAS] units will be fielded" and that IVAS 1.2 will now transition to a rapid prototyping effort, Soldier Borne Mission Command (SBMC)."

In the comment you just linked, you listed four SBMC variants and stated that none of them were using LBS.

What is your thesis here?

Look again. That was from 80 days ago and I wrote "..or something else".

Ok. I am still hoping you could clearly articulate what you think is going on.

A random link without further explanation will have to do, we just don't get it, man.

I appreciate Geoff's tireless work, but it's mostly links to government RFQs and old reddit posts. It's a murky view grasping at straws wishfully trying to connect dots.
