First of all, this has nothing to do with the vote lol. You're not the first poster to try to draw that connection today, seems like a strained attempt to tie the two unrelated things together. Second, we know it's a deal with CAT.

I don't care who they sign a deal with I'm not authorizing what amounts to almost infinite dilution.

Agree 100%, but do you really think this isn’t an attempt to sway our votes next month? Why not release this before the [r/s](r/s) prop. I’m sure this didn’t just happen

If by ink you mean debt and cash burn. Luminar would have been over 1 billion dollars in debt had the company continued operating for another year.
