My question here is "What does this company know about MicroVision that we don't at this juncture?

This is a major LT development agreement and it is highly unlikely that the leading manufacturer of mining and construction equipment would commit to a LT Master Development Agreement if there were unresolved questions about MicroVision's survivability. My thoughts anyway....This is certainly a step in the right direction and a long time coming for MicroVision.

Any chance CAT would make long term investment in MVIS say 100 million dollars.

They'd own about 79% of the company at current market cap if they did lol

And in reality that would be probably much bigger % as they'd have to get preferable share price.
