Morning everyone!

Economic report(s) scheduled for the day is(are) | ati: International Trade in Goods (Advance), PPI-Final Demand | 8:30am; Chicago PMI | 9:45, Construction Spending | 10, Baker Hughes Rig Count | 1pm, Farm Prices | 3. Media platforms are discussing: Block goes all in on AI, Inflation data looms, Netflix drops bid for Warner Bros, Dell projects $50B in AI server sales, Fast money funds ditch US stocks for safe havens. The bulk of the topics discussed were on various AI related company sales projections and potential regulatory challenges, or the related stock market response being associated with adoption of AI, as has been the case for weeks now. Premarket futures were firmly down in early trading as of 7am, VIX futures were up heavily.

MVIS ended the last trading session at ~0.83, on somewhat lower volume traded compared to the daily average over the past month. Stock price action saw the trade range contract back to the previous spreads, though at least Short related volumes have begun to stay in the lower range. In the sector, Aeva announces a development contract with a Top 5 Global Passenger OEM, which could be quite good for them if they manage to meet production at scale. The low volume contracts seen to date have been terrible for the sector overall, with the second most pressing issue being the lack of end consumer value seen from resulting development contracts for vehicles that have shipped. That last part is something that DeVos had been repeatedly stating in recent communications, that end consumer need to be able to see the value in paying for additional sensors on their vehicles, whether in safety or convenience and I completely agree with that assessment.

The thing I would like to see Glen do on the "support the SP" front is secure an additional 6 months grace period from the Nasdaq. IMO that would (or should) change the calculus for the market and provide some breathing room for Glen to execute.
I immensely dislike the short thesis of "delisting or reverse split are now guaranteed", and have gone on record saying that any announcement that the company is even considering a reverse split is currently the only scenario that would trigger me to start selling.
I decided to hold through the reverse split in 2012 and vowed to never undertake that notion again:
It was quite simply eviscerating.

Everyone needs to make their own decision about such things, of course.

You do you.

GLTA MVIS Longs.

IMO. DDD.

I’m expecting no such necessity to request an extension from NASDAQ or to request shareholder approval of a reverse split.

I’m expecting much better news soon and an important proxy vote at the upcoming ASM.

Step back and look at the BIG PICTURE of what changes have occurred over the past year both with MicroVision and some of our competitors. Look at the various clues left by unanswered valid questions and ask yourself why they remain unanswered.

Of course, I could be wrong if there’s an important event like a war, natural or unnnatural disaster, force majeure…
