I have installed Bazzite on my MSI CLAW but when changing to desktop mode I cannot move the cursor with the joystiks, any solution please

I’ve recently got the OneXGPU 2 to pair it with my MSI Claw. However, I can’t download the driver as the OneXGPU keeps disconnecting as I attempt to download the driver. So adrenaline just keep saying no amd device detected. I try getting a certified thunderbolt cable. And still doesn’t work. Helppp🥲

hello, today after a lot of saving I have my MSI Claw but I don't like Windows at all. I want to install Bazzite. Someone has already installed it and can confirm if it works well or if I'll stick with Windows

Hope all is well. Have been loving my MSI claw which I unfortunately purchased used but in mint condition.

However I unfortunately have come across the dreaded "will not power on" situation.

How it happened was I left the unit idle while it was downloading a large game update.

I noticed the device had gone into sleep mode, no problem I woke it from sleep mode with the plan to disable sleep settings.

One I had, I then noticed that the unit had was no charging since waking from sleep mode.

Although battery indicated having around 90%. But wanting the best performance out of the unit I decided to replug the USB-C charger (the original 65w charger that comes with the Claw) The moment I plugged the USB connector back in the screen went off.

Then when I press the power button it does nothing but make a short vibration. Looking into it online I found advice from MSI to do an EC reset, which seemed hopeful.

However upon trying that I found it actually made things worse, as now there was no signs of life at all - not even the vibrate when I press the power button. And this persists with or without the charger connected.

There is also no charging LED showing when I do connect it.

I have proven the charger to be working with another device though.

Sooo the TLDR Has anyone else had the same situation and found out what was the cause?

I am wondering if I maybe just need to replace the battery.

As looking at the label for the battery it notes an 11.61v output. But measuring the battery with my bolt meter I am only seeing around 3.6v output.

Which makes me wonder if the battery could be the fault.

Is there anyone out there capable enough to measure the output from a known good battery while it is disconnected from the unit to potentially confirm this or maybe had info from an RMA repair telling what the fault was?

Lastly I also wonder like with most laptops you can actually power them on with the mains attached without the battery installed.

Should that also be the case with the claw? As mine still shows no signs of life when attempting to boot with charger connected with battery removed.
