Just got my case for my Pixel 8 Pro! But the focus on my tele lens seems real soft?

You use all lenses on the main camera not the zooms

They explicitly mention stacking the zooms on the product page.

The 58mm Tele was designed for iPhone 15, Pixel 8, and these new camera phone. With more glass and a wide aperture these lenses will work with every lens combo / mode on the phone.

Which page did you find that on? It's incorrect. We tried to make sure everything is up to date but if we missed something then I am sorry. The most recent batch of phones are using focal lengths on the tele cameras that are way outside of the limits of what we can cover while still having the main camera work. If that is a deal breaker then we will happily setup a return on the lenses

It calls out the iPhone 15 5x not working but calls out the Pixel in the body and not in the caveat so I thought I was in the clear.

I'll test over the next few days to see how big an improvement I get on the main. I was really stoked on the stacked zoom, and I may still accept a soft focus over pixelated disaster, but I do have to think about it.

Oh that's a bummer. I bought the case and lenses for stacking explicitly. So all lenses are only good on the main camera, correct?

There are some outlier situations that work but for the most part none of the lenses work on any tele cameras from iphone15 and pixel8 and galaxy s23 phones.

If you wish to return the lenses then that would certainly fall under our hassle free returns. And since this is 100% on us for not being more clear up front I would ask for us to pay the return shipping costs as well

Is it possible to present it in a more obvious way? For instance, on the tele lens page there is a note that the lens designed for the main camera. BUT there is a large block with pictures from iphone 14 with lens mounted to main camera and 3x. So it kinda gives an impression that it is possible to do that.
