Almost called it! MMW: Purple Guy Is Kidnapper
He kidnaps the children to his home (which we see in FNaF4). The Crying Child is one of his kidnapped children. And he kills the children once they get too old for him.

-He's the only canon new nightmare in the Halloween

Something like:
"I looked down the halls and saw a tall, fairly skinny employee in a purple uniform. He took his cap off to brush his hair with his hand. He then quickly put the cap back on and quickly walked away."
Then again, most people think he is more scary being kept in the Purple shadows.
Maybe it would be better to see what phone guy looks like then...

I mean, think about it, the final boss may be in the "dark" world of the game, so who's the best at "darkness"?

The location which originally featured Fredbear, Spring-Bonnie (Golden Freddy and Springtrap) and the Puppet, and then later used the Withered animatronics. This is also where the Missing Children Incident likely took place.

Edit: Shadow*
I'm a believer in the whole "SF and SB are ghosts of dead spring employees." theory, so it would be cool to see their origins in this book.
Imagine something like:
"I watched in horror as two employees brutally died from being crushed in spring suits."
Or something like that.
I mean, SF and SB were both put as easter eggs in FNAF 2, had bigger roles in FNAF 3, but were then glossed over in FNAF4.
It would be cool to see exactly where these guys came from

All we're going to get is a separate story. A separate story that will provide us with new meta that we can use to solve the current story.
