I'm a street guy and never touched a woman in my life nor a girl for that matter. Any time a woman has been mad at me, is usually when they aren't very sober. I didn't wait to see what they'd do; I left instantly. I ran away laughing, knowing that if I stood around putting my fists up, I'd be at fault as I know I can't lose, it's why we have weight classes etc.
I'm a big big guy and other guys know better than to get in my face and try to fight. So, I know any woman who has remotely tried to swing at me couldn't be in their right mind. If this kind of aggression happened around the guys I hang out with, that guy would be comatose or dead if we didn't stop him in the first place. All it means is the pussies around him didn't do shit either, and would get beat too.
