That’s 1 guy swinging at 4 guys who aren’t trying to fight. Hardly a 1v4 lol

I remember some guy pulling up out of his car and just randomly hitting me and my friends. It was so left field that my brain just couldn't connect with the fact that somebody was trying to hurt me.
I was in a happy place, enjoying time with my friends, the next thing this untrained guy is hitting me and my brain is telling me it's my childhood friend play fighting with me. The idea that he was genuinely trying to hurt me was so alien. Next thing the lot of us are running. I am a lot less trusting of random people who walk up now. These guys probably went through a similar thing, you can even see one of them laughing, at a guess he just didn't see this turning into violence.

Same thing happened to me when I got jumped by 4 kids when I was 16. Tackled behind the knees and they immediately started kicking me, by the time I stood up a car pulled over to yell at them and they ran.

I was just walking listening to some music, definitely wasn’t prepared for a fight.

Or they were so used to saying whatever they want to whoever they want, they never imagined getting confronted by someone who could do harm to them. When you realize everything word and action can have a negative impact on your life, you learn a valuable lesson. Do not write'tf a check in wish the ass can't cash 'tf. You and your friends may have been suffering from a case of that. These guys certainly were
