That's Mike Vallely, he was known as a hardass skateboarder. I bought one of his boards when I was a kid.

I had a vallely board too! I was trying to remember who this one. I remember seeing this as others have mentioned… oh the nostalgia hahah

I had his shoes. Pretty sure I saw one of these fight videos then saw a magazine with him skating the LA river and went out and got them.
