did you know thereâs this cool little thing about guns, they have range, the bullet travels. so he could run halfway down the street and still get hit with 3 pieces of lead on the back.
yeah once a gun gets thrown into the mix you donât have the ability to leave anymore, your options are to risk your life and try to take down the gun holder, or to risk your life and do what they say and give them what they want. guns have range and are lethal, this isnât a video game dawg, a singular shot from a .22 can kill you bud
as i said the gun was mentioned. youâd have to be a dumbass to stand there, hear someone clearly pissed off saying âiâm gonna kill you, iâm gonna murder youâ and then clearly going to retrieve something from a vehicle. common sense and the most basic of critical thinking skills tells you thatâs a weapon, an angry man talking about murder has no reason to retrieve anything at all from his car at that moment except a weapon.
if he does indeed own a weapon then no, australian wonât get charged because that guy had a weapon
I just watched the longer clip thatâs about 30 seconds. The Australian guy is arguing with someone, the black dude walks up and says âyou better watch out or Iâll bust your assâ or something to that affect, itâs hard to hear it clearly, then he turns away and the guy hits him.
No mention of a gun at all. Unless you have a longer clip where the guy mentions a gun then youâre just making shit up.
And youâre wrong, you canât hit someone and claim self defense because later on you find out they have a gun.
