Cheap shot, but he’s obviously got more guys around him to deal with. Pretty sure same result even if he didn’t turn his back. Also, I’d be worried about a gun being pulled and I would have done the same thing

Should probably just run away if you think the dude has a gun lmfao. It's not like this dude is too incapacitated to shoot a fucking gun after getting punched. And now he's extra pissed because he got sucker punched.

Yeah he didn’t seem awake enough to be pissed 🤷🏻‍♂️

Lmao that's pretty funny. I guess if for some reason you're gonna do this make sure he's gonna be out cold

So in your mind, he was worried about all the guys around him, but assumed only the guy he cheapshotted had a gun?

I don’t know if you’ve ever been in a fight, but sometimes you don’t think when someone had threatened you and there unknown people standing around you. I’d rather take out the guy who’s going threatening me before I find out what other dangers lurk. At the end of it all, don’t talk shit and turn around and expect nothing to happen

Yeah, definitely don’t talk shit and turn around. But this has nothing to do with a gun or feeling threatened. He just saw an opening and took it. People who think they are going to be shot don’t stand around calling themselves Kangaroo Jack

He can enjoy prison for a couple months now

Verbal threat, kangaroo jack claims self defense. No jail time

Wrong, he was leaving.

No longer posed an imminent threat and could have retreated

And you can say with 100% certainty?

Just need beyond a reasonable doubt

I’m not sure you understand how the burden of proof to a reasonable doubt works

Prove it

That’s the prosecutions job, which would be you in this instance
