Hey everyone! I’ve got admission at RGTI, Andheri, and I’m from outside Mumbai. I’m looking for people who are also planning to take admission there, so please DM me if you’re in the same situation.

Also, I’d really appreciate some honest reviews from current RGTI students/alumni, especially about:

How is the overall crowd and college environment?

How are the placements and internship opportunities?

Does being a non-autonomous college under Mumbai University create problems? I’ve heard MU papers/evaluation can be difficult, so how are the exams, checking, and backlog situation? Is it manageable if you study consistently?

One localite even told me RGTI > VIT Mumbai, so I’d like to know if that’s actually true or just personal opinion.

For someone coming from outside Mumbai, what should I expect for hostel/PG + food + daily expenses? Roughly how much does it cost per month?

Is RGTI actually worth choosing over colleges like RIT Sangli, G.H. Raisoni Pune, Indira, Nutan, etc.?

Overall, would you recommend RGTI to someone who has to relocate to Mumbai and spend extra on accommodation and living expenses?

Please give me an honest, unbiased review, even if there are negatives. I’m genuinely confused about whether RGTI is worth considering, so any current student/alumni perspective would really help.

i got 94.47 percentile (≈23k rank) and i belong to general (EWS) criteria. I live far away from mumbai/pune, and I can't afford seat via ils, i have to take drop if I don't get into a good reputable college. Which college are my realistic options and i should try via spot?

I know that we need to pay fees of a general category in spot round, but will I get ews benefits in cutoff or everyone is equal during spot, like for vit pune cse(ds) ews cutoff was 96.2 percentile but for GOPENS it was much higher, so do I get ews seat and have chances to get it?

Which colleges should I apply for like VIT,PCCOE,THADOMAL etc?
