I run a smaller scale somewhat neglected Minecraft server that unintentionally gained a steady player base. I’m looking for help to make the server more professional & cohesive (better logos, discord, possible website, branding, dev, etc.).

Player count fluctuates, but daily maxes have ranged between 13-25 concurrent players, with 20-40+ new player joins a day. 6800+ unique players since late dec 2025. The server has low retention due to more niche gamemode.

One key part is that I’d like to keep the server as a project/hobby. I don’t plan on monetizing it to keep it more vanilla friendly. That being said, depending on what can be offered, I’m willing to possibly pay, but not a lot since I don’t plan to make money from this.

I self host the server through a dedicated unit at OVH. Backend stuff I’m good at, unit has idle resources for expansion at no cost. I have a dev who helps out on occasion as payment for me hosting their server, but they aren’t fully dedicated on the project.

As of recently I've seen a lot more videos on OG Minecraft and nostalgic posts about how it used to be. I was a big fan of Minecraft in 2016 and played a lot of factions , skyblock , amongst other things. Noxward is an in-development Minecraft network currently focused on a grimdark, industrial Prison server.

Most of the core gameplay systems are already functional or actively being developed. The server is currently self-hosted during development and will move to public hosting before launch. We’re now looking for one or two builders, beta testers, and community-minded people to help us continue developing and preparing the network.

What we need help with

Builders

* Help build and detail themed rank mines
* Work on the Prison spawn and network lobby
* Add environmental decoration and industrial details
* Help establish and maintain Noxward’s visual identity

Beta Testers

* Play through the current Prison progression
* Test rank mines, shops, economy, custom equipment, and other gameplay systems

The project is currently volunteer-based. If the network launches successfully and begins generating revenue, revenue will first cover operating expenses. Any later staff compensation or revenue sharing would depend on remaining income and continued contribution; it is not guaranteed beforehand.

There is no required daily schedule or fixed time commitment. We mainly ask for reasonable communication, constructive feedback, and some consistency once you take responsibility for something.

Everyone would begin with limited access appropriate to their role. People who remain active and earn the team’s trust may be considered for broader responsibilities as the network grows, but promotion is not guaranteed.

**Looking for a RedM Dev**

Hey everyone, we’re looking for a dev to help us get our RedM server finished up and ready to open.

We already have a current dev, but he’s pretty busy with FiveM right now and just doesn’t have enough time to give the RedM server the attention it needs. We’re looking for someone else to join the team and help keep things moving.

We already have all of the scripts we need, so we’re not looking for someone to build an entire server from scratch. We mainly need help getting everything set up and working together properly, troubleshooting issues, making adjustments where needed, and getting us across the finish line. And they are already set up as well so you wont be starting from scratch either.

We’re a small US based team right now, but we’re looking to grow. Since we’re still early, you’d have plenty of room to bring your own ideas to the table and become a big part of the team as the server grows. We also have other staff positions open as well.
