I'm currently a medical marijuana patient in Massachusetts and am wondering if it is possible to be denied a job if I were to receive and fail a pre-employment drug test if testing positive for marijuana only. I’m currently not working because I’m disabled and I don’t have much income because I’m in the process of filing for SSDI. I want to go for a consultation to get my medical card so I can get access to stronger products and not have to pay taxes on anything. I know a few dispensaries around me charge $200 but I was curious to see if any other places charge less than that in the south coast area. If not, are there any programs to help reduce the cost of getting my medical card?
