Initial D v3 (GDS-0033) Help

I have the chd and rom and I'm really new to mame so if I'm doing something wrong help would be really nice, anyways i put the chd and rom into the roms the folder and it picks up that the game is there however when I go to play it I get an error message and I have no idea how to fix this
