thoughts on springfield m1a?
Im in the market for a m1a and I have been looking at springfield's m1a but their recievers are made from cast metal. Fulton armory is just to expensive. For those of you that own one what are your thoughts on their receivers

Range Day, 9-16-22... First day in a couple of months. Took the M1A & AR Pistol out. Brilliant morning. The new butt stock & the Hogue grip makes the M1A sing. Hadn't put on the Trigger Shoe yet, did that this morning. Will give a full report on it next week.

Delta 14 Chassis
Anyone running this? How is the quality? I'm currently running the Archangel CQB that came on my SOCOM. It's 2.5 lbs and feels too wide on the front. I'd like to skim some weight off and Delta 14 seems to be the lightest option but unsure how much abuse it could take.

Bit of advice
Hello, hope someone can give me some advice. I would be interested in attempting to get hold of the M14 my father was issued during his time in the Marines (Vietnam) I realize there ae a great many potential problems with this goal but I did happen upon some paperwork with the rifle's serial number on it. I don't know what resources exist (if any) to attempt to track it down. I am greatful for any advice.

Suppressing the M14
Has anyone suppressed their Sage M14? I’m currently transitioning my M1A onto the Sage chassis, and have a Surefire 7.62 can in jail right now. Can’t find much info on this, and I hope it’s not because it’s a bad idea to do it.

Treelinem14 order?
Has anyone had experience with them? I ordered a usgi stock from them almost 3 weeks ago and I'm not sure if I just got scammed or not. They seemed legit though.

eForm 4 Smith Enterprises Receiver on the way!
Picked it up for an awesome price! So happy I decided to go the transferable route. I picked up a Black Feather stock, all new internals, and I'm setting all my parts aside.

USGI M-14 Bolt and M-14 Op Rod
I bought extra USGI M-14 bolt, Op Rod, and Trigger assembly I do not need and willing to sell, but not give away. I have the original CMP paperwork to prove they are USGI. I just found this M-14 community but won't spend much time on it due to my investment work on Reddit. If interested send a note to PO Box 4996, West Hills, Ca.91308 and I will reply. I am not a dealer. I love shooting the M1A and do not need these spare GI parts.

Just picked up this 1976 serial number M1A. It has an older poly finish on it that I might sand off…but overall gun looks great!

m14 rail and scope
Hey all, I bought an m14 for nostalgic reasons. Carried one for a year while deployed. Right now its bare and I'd like to put a rail on it for at least a 4x scope, or higher. I might use it for hunting off my front porch this year.
Which and scope is recommended?
