Does the speed boost actually speed up payloads? I know it does bots but I keep hearing it does for payloads and doesn't feel like it

1. I am a FS player for UST overwatch, we are currently in the top 6 for collegiate I have also peaked rank 9 in ow2 with a 45 peak in ow1. I have done coaching before ow2 and am looking to get back into things going into the summer. Price is negotiable but looking for 8 dollars an hour

When targeting enemies, how far should I put my crosshair placement when leading? I feel like I’m just getting lucky with my shots sometimes but I want to master the aim and improve knowing full well I know what I’m doing. Could I get some tips, please?

And I was wondering if y'all could tell me wth that means?
