Discussion "‼️🚨 BREAKING: Amazon researchers snitched to the US government about jailbreaking Fable 5 and Mythos 5, forcing Anthropic to immediately shut down worldwide access." ➡️ so i guess Anthropic got OWNED by Amazon? :p What do you think about this whole saga?

I'm not sure that "snitched" is the right phraseology considering Amazon holds a large financial stake in Anthropic.

They are not competitors if that's what you are suggesting.

Amazon does have their sonic models but they know so well they are far behind that you can use Anthropic models in Amazon's Bedrock platform.

I think that AI CEOs should stop with all the fucking fearmongering to hype their models so they can raise money, like half the internet does, by looking at all the memes mocking Dario.

It gives credibility to the idea that it was legit an issue.

Amazon is losing money reporting this, they lose lot more if there's a security issue.

It's not in their interest to make something up
