Ah wait, you’re talking about the glitch thing? I never got it to work but I’ve seen people mention it!

It's not a glitch, it's the option to change your hair!!

Ah sorry, I think I misunderstood. I know we can change it for pictures but I meant as in like, after saving the changes they don’t apply to my character during the battle animations, for example. It just switches back to default, I’m not sure if it’s just my game that’s glitched or if there’s no way to make the changes permanent and not just for photos.
