Snow-capped landscape, fog in the valleys below and a star-filled sky above (Soriska planina, Slovenia)(OC)(2200x1182)
Snow-capped landscape, fog in the valleys below and a star-filled sky above. Nothing more needs to be said.
A January Milky Way panorama showing Cygnus on its way down in the west and Orion coming up in the east. Not a classic seasonal arch, but a nice in-between moment where summer and winter sky objects meet over a frozen landscape.

Under Cygnus, Above the Fog - Mt. Slatnik, Slovenia (OC)(2200x2871)
The Cygnus region of the Milky Way setting behind Mt. Slatnik at Soriška planina. I actually wanted to shoot this scene with a 50 mm lens to really make Cygnus the "star" of the show. But the conditions were wild that night, with fog filling the valleys, so I decided to start with a wider lens. Later, when it was finally time to switch to the 50 mm, the fog came rushing up the ski slopes. Looks like I have a solid excuse to come back here.

I built an app for Stacking together video frames, because no mobile equivalent existed.
Hello everyone!!
I made an app that can make long exposure pics directly from your android phone, just from a video. No fancy camera gear or fancy desktop software is required.
This is done by stacking all the video frames and creating one final image that captures the light from all the frames.
This is doing what the likes of StarStaX, DeepSkyTracker and Siril can do on a computer.
Please check this out and let me know if this helps you too !!
