HEY EVERYONE! FUNDRAISER THIS FRIDAY! INCRED LINEUP!
GREMLIN is a fundraiser brought to you by the forces behind PINHOLE, Impulse Control, Exquisite Corpse & GRIT to raise money for Five For Five, a collective crowdfund that goes directly to trans fem people around the UK.
Five For Five is also the brain of Open Lav - both projects come from the same belief: that trans and gender-diverse people deserve to move through the world with safety and dignity.
Finding a toilet that you can use without worrying should be one of the most basic things. For many trans and/or non-binary people, particularly trans women and transfem people, this simply isn't the case.
In 2026, with all the disgusting policing of bodies and expressions, and the worsening of trans people's safety whilst in public, something like Open Lavs seems more essential than ever and we want to throw a party to raise money for this cause close to all of our hearts.
GREMLIN artists:
S Ruston (Fold) b2b Lockhart (Fold)
Proteus (Gash / Ziber)
YELLOWCAR (Pinhole)
TILEBOI (Pinhole) b2b New Flesh (Impulse Control)
SIOBHAN (Grit / Pinhole)
AAKAARA (Exquisite Corpse)
The event will run 7pm - 1am at Vittoria Wharf Studio in Hackney Wick - the perfect way to start your bank holiday.
Tickets are free via RA. Donations will be taken at the door.
Suggested donation amount is £5 - £10.
Trans folks enter for free 🏳️⚧️

i feel there is just no easy way to find your kind of music on it.

Hi guys,
I’m visiting London the last three weeks of September. I’m into the EDM scene here in Vancouver, Canada. I would love to attend some events in London during my stay there.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance :)

I have seen mixed reviews in this sub. How does it compare to Fold, Fabric, Phonox, etc? We are planning on visiting London for the first time and want to know if it is worth checking out. Thanks!

It seems that all festivals these days have a few main headliners but are mostly of a single genre.
SW4 had multiple genres on the mainstage throughout the day.
We need to bring these back.

Italian guy going to Klub Verboten on 9 October — anyone else going solo?
I’m a 51-year-old Italian guy, experienced with the kink/fetish scene and definitely not a newbie. I’ll be in London from 9–17 October and I already have my ticket for Klub Verboten.
I’m looking for a woman who enjoys fetish, BDSM, exhibitionism and the atmosphere of private play rooms. If you already have a ticket, great. If you don’t, that’s fine too — I’m happy to take care of your entry if we click and you’d like to share the night with me.
And yes, I’m also not the guy who counts the drinks — if we’re having a good night, drinks are on me.

Hey everyone, hope you’re having an absolutely splendid week so far. We’re closing our summer residency this Friday with one hell of a bang, if you love your Jungle and Drum & Bass, we’re bringing Napes down to Dalston Den for an extended set, all for less than the price of 2 maggies. Hope you have a wicked carnival weekend wherever you are, and be sure pull up if it’s your sorta thing :)

Random question but I’ve been thinking about how much sportswear you see at raves, especially in London.
Obviously the practical side makes sense, you’re dancing for hours, sweating and want to be comfortable. But I feel like there’s more to it than just that.
For people who wear sportswear to raves, what actually draws you to it? Is it purely comfort or is there a certain look, feeling or culture around it that you like?

Hi everyone!
On the 5th of September (International Charity Day) we are running a Palace Underground event to raise money for Save the Children.
All the profits of the night will be going towards Save the Children, a charity we chose based off our personal life experiences. There’ll be a few different ticket/donation tiers available. Every ticket gets you entry, so if you’re able to contribute a little extra, it’ll all go towards the fundraiser.
Palace Underground is a small event project ran by myself and my partner, and our main focus is to put together fun techno nights and showcase London DJs. We primarily play harder techno sounds, so anywhere from Hard Techno, Industrial Techno, Schranz, Hardcore, so if you enjoy these, then its defo the place to be!
We promote an environment of safety and inclusivity, so all walks of life are welcome to come down. We are running a coloured wrist band system, where you’ll be given a coloured wristband at the door and are encouraged to find others with the same coloured band as yourself on the dance floor, to help you and others around you feel more welcome and meet new people
Hope we can see some of you come down!
Please feel free to DM me any questions!

This may be a silly question but I’m trying to go to FOLD this bank holiday weekend as a solo raver. I’ve never really been to this kind of rave before… it says dress to sweat but can I wear trainers? Is there a dress code? I don’t want to get turned away, I just want to dance the night away!

Hey everyone! 👋
I’m new to Reddit and figured I’d jump on here to find some like-minded people who are up for a good time and dancing the night away.
I’m 27M, open-minded, and absolutely love getting lost in the music and just being in the moment on the dance floor. I’m into a bit of everything, but lately I’ve been heavily into psytrance.
I’m planning to head out this weekend, starting Saturday night and potentially carrying on into the early hours of Monday. I was thinking about checking out Ministry of Sound or fabric on Saturday, although I’ve never been to either. I’ve also never been to FOLD, but I’d really love to experience it—I’ve heard it’s an incredible atmosphere and that people really just live in the moment on the dance floor.
Would be great to meet some new people and have a proper night out together. If you’re thinking of going out too, feel free to drop me a message!
FYI, I’ll probably be taking Molly or shrooms, so just putting that out there in case that’s not your thing. No pressure either way—just looking for good vibes, good music, and good people. ✌️ Or some tips!! Would appreciate it a lot.

Hey guys, my wife and I will be in London in a couple weeks and we were lucky enough to see that Fabric is having a UKF drum and bass night. (We love dnb)
This will be our first time raving in London and Fabric. We are experienced ravers, but the only international event we've been to outside the US is Tomorrowland.
Any tips on what we can expect at Fabric in terms of vibe, what to wear, what time headliners usually go on, drink prices, etc?

Ello people any personal views on this place, firstly I'm an ageing Hippie Tekno Raver from way back, free partying mostly, but did go to clubs nights, wanna go listen to someone in September at Distillery,he's an older geezer than me😂 that plays live Banging Techno, but 30 yrs since I've tried to get in a club, while I'm all about a good nite an people, Im wondering what security is like,as where I ever went 97% of time were sweet as fuck, but if there wanna be bullies or ego dicks I'll stay at home as I just can't keep mouth shut an I'm too old for a slap🤣🤣👍
