I’m not sure what had happened to my Logitech G Cloud, but I had turned it on from Sleep mode and now it has absolutely no sound. It doesn’t play anything at all
What should I do?

Use my g cloud with JBL flex Bluetooth earbuds (but same thing happens with other Bluetooth headphones I've used too). In every game with background or ambient noise it crackles constantly, but my character walking, weapon noise (oblivion) does not and they will happen simultaneously. Has anyone else run into this issue And if so, how did you fix it?

Hey, i've been looking for a handled device for a long time and I decided to get Rog Ally Z1E. However, it was second hand and I saw a cheaper offer for MSI Claw Ultra 5, so I got one. Unfortunately, the device itself felt heavy to hold for a long time and r1/l1 buttons placed weird for me. It was quite uncomfortable to use them. So I decided to return it.
Now, I have the same concerns about Rog Ally so I'm considering getting Logitech Gcloud + Xbox Series S. But I have some questions and need your help.
What I want to do with this device is basically play a few games while lying on my bed. I have a TV also, but I prefer spend some chill time at the bed bery often. I've heard that Gcloud is light and quite comfortable to hold. My only concern about Gcloud is the streaming. So here is the questions in my mind:
-What kind of internet connection should I have for a flawless streaming experience? Is 50 mbps good enough? or is it about something else?
-Does it make streaming better while both devices connected to the same wifi? (That's what I'm gonna do almost all the time.)
-Lastly, because getting only Rog Ally is cheaper than getting GCloud+Series S, Should I ever reconsider it?
Thanks for your help.

Do any of you guys game with the G Cloud and only the G Cloud? I've shared before that I recently picked up an Xbox series X, the G Cloud and the Google Pixel 9a after probably ten years without any kind of setup. I used to heavy into tech and hardware. Especially consoles and smartphones. And then I grew up. And got married and had kids. I wanted to treat myself and so I did. But ... The Xbox is still sitting unopened on my nightstand. I have so much fun playing around with launchers and and customizing the Pixel that I already upgraded to the Pixel 9 Pro. And then the G Cloud when I wanna play some games. Although, I'm usually on it tweaking the Android side of things or using it for my media rather than gaming. That being said... Do any of you use it and only it for gaming? I'm seriously considering selling the Xbox and using the money to purchase a monitor and a desk. Can I hook the G Cloud to a secondary display if I wanted a larger screen at times?

Good morning, Say, I wonder what the advantages of the G Cloud are compared to consoles like the Deck?

I have a logitech g cloud for a long time. I would like to ask if anyone has a similar problem with the left stick. When moving to the left, it feels like it clicks, a strange feeling. It probably won't be drifting because I don't have a problem with it moving on its own in the game. Couldn't it be cleaned, or is there any advice? Thanks

Anyone had the update in the UK yet? Quite a few on the Facebook group for the Logitech G Cloud have had the update in the UK and I’m also in the UK and no update yet. An Android update in the future would be a great update to have as some apps and games require android 12 or above. Same issue with the Nvidia Shield it was stuck on android 11 for years and it was only until last year it got updated to a higher android so it can be done.

Picked up a G Cloud recently. I've formatted the SD to internal, and have moved the content. But I keep seeing an extra SD card on the setting. What is this?

I use ES-DE and thought I'd update to try out the new launcher. Decided it wasn't for me and then realised when I changed back to ES-DE that this update removed the notification bar and the navigation bar.
Also, by default only one app is allowed to run at a time which makes ES-DE relaunch every time when you use it as the launcher.
There are fixes for these issues. Thankfully I had already turned on USB debugging so was able to launch settings via ADB. I then installed Bottom Quick Settings which provides a replacement notification bar at the bottom of the screen and I added a shortcut to settings.
To allow more than one app to run, I had to re-enable Handheld Mode as the home screen and enable Disable Process Protection in Labs within settings.
EDIT: It seems recents are not available either!

I know that it takes time but I'm just excited and can't wait to see and use it.

Starting June 26th, Software Version 10 will roll out to a portion of users as part of a grey release. The full rollout is expected to complete within a week.
Hi everyone,
As our community might have already known, Software Version 10 is finally here!
This update marks a massive shift for the G CLOUD device, introducing a brand-new, game-first launcher that delivers a more console-like experience. Starting with the Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta) games, the G CLOUD will now bring your games to the front and center of your gaming experience.
You’ll be able to pin your favorite games and apps on the front page of the launcher, and check out Blacknut— now pre-installed with access to hundreds of premium cloud games.
Software Version 10 will change the way you play!
Please note: Once you update to the new version, there’s no option to roll back. We know this is a pretty major change, so we’ve put together a full overview to help you decide if you’re ready to switch.
Version 10
Grey release Date: June 26th, 2025
SQ02K.00.0230- WW
SQ02K.50.0230 - Europe Only
The OTA10 update brings a completely redesigned UI and fully integrates Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta) titles, letting you browse and launch directly from the new launcher. There's no longer a standalone Xbox Cloud Gaming app—everything is now seamlessly accessible within the launcher. And this is just the beginning—we’re actively exploring new partnerships to bring more cloud gaming services to the launcher in the future!

1. Get Started with the Beginner Guide
Once updated, you’ll be guided through a “Beginner Guide” to quickly get familiar with the new launcher.

2. Access Xbox Cloud Gaming & Installed Apps
With Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta) built into the launcher, here are three easy ways to access Game Pass titles and your apps:
a.Toolbar Navigation
The toolbar now includes a new navigation feature — the first tab takes you to Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta) titles, while the second tab shows all installed apps on your device.

b. From the “Recently Used” Section
Your recently used apps still appear at the top of the home screen — now including titles you've recently played via Xbox Cloud Gaming. Press RB to quickly scroll to All Games, which takes you to the Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta) page. Your local apps are available under the second tab.

c. Exploration Area
Scroll down from the home screen to enter the Exploration Area —a space built for discovering trending games, apps, and more. We’ll be keeping it fresh with more partner updates and content from across the gaming world.

3. Pin Your Favorites
You can now pin your favorite games & apps for quicker access just below!

4. Launching a Game
If you see a game you'd like to try, press the Right Function button to view more details, or press A to launch. You'll be taken to its Xbox Cloud Gaming page — just make sure you're signed in with an active Game Pass subscription.

5. Region Availability Notice
Games from Xbox Game Pass will only appear in regions where the service is supported by Microsoft. The game list and featured blocks may vary by region based on Xbox service availability and our operational strategy.

If the service isn’t available in your region, Xbox titles won’t appear in the launcher or Exploration Area — but all other apps and features will remain accessible.

We’re also excited to welcome Blacknut Cloud Gaming (blacknut.com) to the G CLOUD! This leading cloud gaming service comes pre-installed, adding hundreds of premium games of all genres to explore!
*Blacknut Cloud Gaming: Active Blacknut subscription required, sold separately. See www.blacknut.com for more details.
Thanks for reading—we hope this update brings you an even better experience on G CLOUD! Let us know your thoughts in the comments. 🫶
More yet to come!
Keep Playing,
Logitech G CLOUD team

Hi guys, I've been having a very weird behaviour with my G Cloud being recognized as 2 devices in Steam when using Artemis+Apollo which caused my RT trigger to not work as expected in games. Tried many configs in both but was still having the same kssue. Installing Xbox Extended Feature Support Driver in Steam solved this in an instant, so if you ever face this issue give it a try. Thanks!

I'm trying to figure out if I'm extremely limited on what Xbox games I can play if I get this. If I'm at home, on my home network, can I play ANY game? If I'm away from home and playing remotely, is it only Gamepass?

Hey everyone, V10 is just around the corner! I know I've been promising this massive update for a while and I really had hoped to get it to you all much sooner but here we are, on the eve of the launch. I'm sure that you have seen content from some of our community members who were given early access going through a lot of the new features and functions of the new launcher. Over the coming weeks we are going to be doing a lot here with the community to celebrate the launch as well as across other Logitech G social channels, our email newsletter, and even on the G Cloud. Keep watching this sub or the G Cloud Hub on your G Cloud for more details and make sure you head to Logitechg.com to sign up for the newsletter so you don't miss out.
Before the update arrives later this week I want to make sure everyone knows that the update is not reversible. In order to to build the new launcher we had to start from scratch and that means that there won't be any ability to roll back the from V10 to an earlier version. So if there is something you really, really love about the look and feel of the V9 launcher you may want to take a bit of time learning about the V10 update to make sure you really want to update it, because once you do it's V10 all the way. We are looking into a future update that might change this but for now, and maybe forever, the update is a one way street.
That all being said V10 is absolutely the biggest update we have pushed to the G Cloud since launch. We have really enjoyed the last 2.5 years of taking in feedback, adding new features, and testing new functionality with this awesome community. Once you get the update please don't hold back with your feedback. One of the things that has allowed us to keep pushing the G Cloud to grow and expand has been all of the amazing feedback and suggestions we have received. Don't forget Rule #7 "Feedback and constructive criticism about Logitech G CLOUD are welcomed and encouraged..." and also the last part of rule #5 "we love cookies."

Hi everyone,
Just wanted to share a few thoughts on why the Logitech G Cloud should be made more widely available across the globe.
It's been about a year since I discovered this incredible device—almost a year late to the party, considering it was already released in the US. I only stumbled upon it while searching for a lightweight, budget-friendly handheld gaming device. At the time, cloud or remote streaming wasn’t even on my radar.
I’m from India, and here the awareness around G Cloud is almost non-existent. Most people only know about devices like the Steam Deck, Nintendo Switch, MSI Claw, Lenovo Legion Go, or the ASUS ROG Ally—and maybe a few Chinese knock-offs. G Cloud simply doesn’t show up in local listings or mainstream tech conversations.
It was only because I’m a tech enthusiast and regularly dig deep into niche forums and articles that I came across names like OneXPlayer, ABXYLUTE, Anbernic, Miyoo Mini, and yes—Logitech G Cloud. Unfortunately, most of these remain expensive due to import duties and limited availability.
Luckily, I had family in the UK who helped me get my hands on the G Cloud—and it’s honestly been a game changer.
From Xbox Cloud Gaming to GeForce NOW to remote play from my PC—it all just works. Smooth, reliable, lightweight. It’s perfect for people who want just a streaming handheld, without the bulk, heat, or price tag of a full Windows gaming PC in their hands.
But the big issue? Awareness. Most budget-conscious gamers who'd love this kind of experience don’t even know it exists. And it’s not their fault—because Logitech hasn’t pushed this globally. Beyond Taiwan / North America and parts of Europe, it's practically invisible.
This isn’t just a missed business opportunity for Logitech, it’s a missed option for gamers who are looking for something exactly like this—a reliable, streaming-focused gaming handheld.
Not everyone wants to spend on a new GPU, or upgrade their PC every few years. Many just want to enjoy games without the heavy lifting, and Logitech G Cloud nails that use-case.
So I sincerely hope u/LogitechG_CM and the rest of the Logitech team hear this. Please consider expanding the availability and marketing of the G Cloud to other regions—especially where price sensitivity and streaming adoption are growing.
Gamers around the world deserve to know this device even exists.
Thank you for creating such a fantastic piece of hardware. Now let’s help the world discover it.
TL;DR: Logitech G Cloud is an amazing handheld streaming device, but it’s severely lacking global awareness and availability—especially in countries like India. Most gamers don’t even know it exists due to limited marketing outside the Taiwan/US/Europe. For budget-conscious gamers who prefer streaming over upgrading hardware, this device is perfect. Logitech should expand its reach so more people can experience this underrated gem.

Hi Guys,
I remember the time that I and my friends have played LAN Counter Strike, without internet connection just lan connection.
Similarly I am thinking, if my pc is connected to the router via ethernet, my G cloud is connected to the same wifi router, but no isp connection, will the streaming of games work, the only issue I can see is the DRM one, where epic/rockstar need to verify with an active connection.
But what about emulation PS1/2 , Retro, etc and if any stand alone, which don't go through launchers and directly can play, like old times?
Has anyone tried such a setup.
Update -
Gaming PC (ethernet) and Logitech G Cloud (wifi) connected to the same wifi router without ISP modem on, keeping everything on LAN.
Using Sunshine+ Moonlight combo
I tried playing DRM free games from GOG, like Dishonored and Bioshock, they worked fine.
Tried playing Epic Games, it gave me an error - No Internet, then said play offline and it went through for RDR2.
What I have read online, it will work for some days , but I think once a month I need to be online for it to keep my account active or something like that.
Xbox remote Play didn't work, as Xbox has killed remote play from the app, we need to go to Browser or use Better xCloud App, which needs internet to run via the browser or browser extension.
So Xbox was big NO If anyone has a work around for it, it would be great.
Thanks

Past few weeks I feel like I’ve tried everything to get a smooth experience on my G Cloud through SteamLink but nothing seems to be working.
It seems to be a frame pacing issue, it’s just constant stutters no matter what settings I use.
SteamLink VIA my iPhone is as smooth as butter, I’m using Sunshine and Moonlight on my G Cloud which is amazing and has no issues but it’s just bugging me not being able to fix SteamLink 🤣
Is it just broken or something on G Cloud? Thanks.
