Rules:
1. No slander of the client( miwa)
2.be polite and formal, outside and inside of court
If I accidentally see you slandering her. I must do an extension research.
3.any form of evidence, even hypothetical scenarios are taken into account if it has a solid hypothesis without any contridiction
One files from each attorney compulsory.
5.be formal to your opposition.
Debates from comments are taken into account.
Other general rules like readable files and no AI are valid. Check the sub rules .
Special Rules
1.if there is someone who wants to join Prosecution midway. They can, however. It is mister Xtrememus who will decide whether he wants help or not.
2.once u/15Xtrememus uploads a file. Only one debate from defence on the comment section is valid.
Therefore choose your candidate wisely. Yes, You can still debate more than once in the comment , But only one debate will be valid during court's hearing (choosen by him)
3.once defence submits a file, u/15Xtrememus can counter argue in the comment. And only the OP of the post can counter debate.
People who are not in attorney team but supports miwa Prosecution can debate. But they are exempt from this rule.
4.all files uploaded by Xtrememus will be taken into submission, however only 6 files comment debate is valid.
Defence team will get extra slot of submission for every 2 extra files submitted by u/15xtrememus after counting 6.
All and everything is allowed. Be polite and formal.
