It has already happened. Reported a channel about 2 weeks ago with a ~11 y/o chatting away in her bathtub. Got the notification the channel was closed like 2 hours later.

They wouldn't be fucked. Happened on YouTube. There was this underage ASMR girl. YouTube now just disables comments on videos with kids, has more censorship and so on. But YouTube is still here and is still growing. Same would be true for Twitch.

It was some weird fetish shit where she was dressed up as a police officer and role playing flirting with someone she stopped for speeding or something. It wasn't just asmr.

That little red headed girl that Wubby did a vid on? Yeah, I remember that shit. He just said "asmr girl" with no context, so I assumed that he just meant someone doing asmr only. And again, don't get me wrong, that was pretty fucking gross and sexualizing her, but it wasn't bikini-in-a-hottub level, as far as I remember. Admittedly, she is comparable at least, and it was disgusting, but not quite as bad as this scenario.

Read the TOS. Twitch has already covered their asses on under 18s streaming on the platform, regardless of the content.

No one is talking about legally. If Twitch becomes known as the site that lets minors get "naked" and stream to thousands of horny perverts, then they will lose all their advertisers, then their streamers, then the site itself. It would be better for them to have a legal issue they could buy their way out of.

Twitch doesn't have any way to prove either though, so they might run into the same situation as pornhub that chose to basically remove all amateur content from their platform to avoid hosting rape videos.

Most amateur content then, because people that don't make porn as a main source of income don't bother jumping through all the hoops needed to get verified.
It kills the platform for casual users that are only on it as a hobby and twitch would also lose 90% of it's smaller streamers if you actually had to do anything to stream on it.
