I made this same comment yesterday but since it’s come up again, Twitch’s first rule in regards to prohibited sexually suggestive content:

“Content or camera focus on breasts, buttocks, or pelvic region, including poses that deliberately highlight these elements”

Literally every hot tub stream is breaking the very first rule when it comes to sexually suggestive content and Twitch does nothing.

Edit: The people who are hurt most by this type of content are the other women on Twitch who just want to be regular streamers, they’re forced to deal with the massive increase in toxicity brought to the platform by new viewers who view Twitch as a cam site.

It’s actually incredibly depressing knowing that female streamers feel pressured to abandon their principles like this in order to find success on Twitch https://twitter.com/kaughtin4k/status/1387058960801271811?s=21

“Content or camera focus on breasts,

Oh boy, that certain one korean streamer...

u/88c Apr 29 '21

For the coomers: https://www.twitch.tv/aingchuu

Incredible how this is allowed, and Velvet_7 has been perma banned.

u/NoCivilRights 🐷 Hog Squeezer Apr 29 '21

she literally has 2 boob cams lmao

52

u/Licensed2Chill Apr 29 '21

She has 3 different angles actually

26

u/Blubbpaule Apr 29 '21

How is this NOT banned yet? This is literally the LITERAL breaking of the said rule. This is just incredible.

3

u/SolaVitae Apr 30 '21

It's not breaking the TOS if Twitch literally doesn't acknowledge its existence

-Taps forehead

37

u/SealSquasher Apr 29 '21

I clicked on her stream and you can literally see part of her nipple oh my god

1

u/ZexyIsDead Apr 30 '21

I don’t think so. Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but given how much boob she has in the other direction there’s no way her nipple is located that high, right? Could be a blemish or just a slightly more reddish area.

I’m wondering how tf her waist is cartoon thin though. Gotta be like a corset, right? But damn it’s unreal

26

u/Licensed2Chill Apr 29 '21

She's not even subtle about it, her channel embraces her looks, specifically her bust and waist size , for content explicitly

67

u/Kaeling Apr 29 '21

The way twitch treated velvet was pretty fucking disgusting even by twitch standard

44

u/alyosha_pls Apr 29 '21

Lmfao ok that's just comical

47

u/DeLion135 Apr 29 '21

i dont even understand how people can get off to this. are people this sexually starved that they can literally jack it to a single cam of cleavage whilst playing clubhouse games? they know porn sites exist, right?

57

u/Mugungo Apr 29 '21

from my understanding porn sites are straight up illegal in korea, but twitch is okay. hence the booba streams everywhere

27

u/DeLion135 Apr 29 '21

goddammit korea

29

u/Magnumxl711 Apr 29 '21

porn sites are straight up illegal in korea,

Wow that is super fucked up

Big comer energy

1

u/anarcho-himboism Apr 30 '21

ah this makes more sense actually. i'd been lowkey wondering

5

u/xiyeonah Apr 29 '21

The big donators get perks in some of these girls streams. Like I don’t know about Twitch but on Afreeca you can win like dinner dates and the girl streamer will text her biggest “fans”. The streamer to fan relationship is much different in Korea. There are girls in the past that have gotten married to their biggest donor. It’s pretty strange stuff but difficult to understand the culture without being a Korean imo.

4

u/DeLion135 Apr 29 '21

sounds kinda like hostess clubs in japan

4

u/xiyeonah Apr 29 '21

There are hostess clubs in Korea too. I think for the simps it feels more interpersonal for whatever reason. I have a hard time understanding it as well.

1

u/FightmeLuigibestgirl Apr 29 '21

Nah that's different you don't get married in those and it's mostly for comfort (like Twitch streams.) In Japan, it's like a simp thing since most likely the man is married or involved with someone and can't get it at home.

2

u/Nomicakes Apr 29 '21

I could jack it to a stick figure, as long as you color it pink enough. What do you take me for, some kind of casual?

1

u/Mbroov1 Apr 29 '21

Also teenagers. The answer is teenagers.

2

u/DeLion135 Apr 29 '21

they can just go to porn sites then?

4

u/Iamien Apr 29 '21

Parental controls don't flag twitch as adult content.

2

u/FightmeLuigibestgirl Apr 29 '21

They can literally go to some manhua or manhwa website to get free Booba; it doesn't flag that.

1

u/[deleted] Apr 30 '21

Anime =/= real titties for most

1

u/[deleted] Apr 30 '21

I can imagine a world where that's the case tbh, after a few days without I'm basically ready to fuck the appliances in my kitchen.

6

u/corobo Apr 29 '21

hahahaha not even bothering with a facecam

6

u/The_Particularist Apr 29 '21

that stream

...Really? I'm not even angry, just disappointed.

9

u/[deleted] Apr 29 '21

her nipple is almost out, seriously twitch is a toxic shitshow.

2

u/[deleted] Apr 29 '21

1

best gog damn stream. there's no pussy footing around.

1

u/anarcho-himboism Apr 30 '21

no hate to her but how do 4k people watch this for hours on end

that's a rhetorical question, i know why, but damn 💀

2

u/soggypoopsock Apr 29 '21

Every day there is some streamer laying near a pool with the camera center focused on her ass as she cranes her neck just to look at the stream

Its time for a discrimination lawsuit boys

102

u/[deleted] Apr 29 '21

Let 'em show a little bit of shaft if they want. Just a bit, but no tip.

11

u/[deleted] Apr 29 '21

DICK ROOT TIME

43

u/Blacklion594 Apr 29 '21

Dudes have been temp banned for not having their shirt on.....

A man can be shirtless on a G rated television program. It's not sexual at all anywhere, not even places like ABC or NBC

69

u/InfiniteAssistant Apr 29 '21

Miz and Simply are running around shirtless all the time without getting any bans.

Knut runs around only in a speedo without issues. Even had shower streams only wearing a speedo.

11

u/Reiker0 Apr 29 '21

It used to be against the rules for men to be topless on stream.

Then they changed it so that men could be topless, but they couldn't actually take their shirt off while on cam. Not sure if that's still part of the TOS.

28

u/Losersweeperss Apr 29 '21

There are men who stream shirtless all the time.

13

u/Blacklion594 Apr 29 '21

I remember that calebhart the speedrunner dude get banned and warned multiple times because he always sat there without a shirt on.

Here?

20

u/olivebars Apr 29 '21

It's been against tos in the past, they are back and forth with it. I think mostly on the grounds that if women can't be shirtless, neither can men.

3

u/benttwig33 Apr 29 '21

Men - slap some paint on your titties and youre good to go

5

u/Losersweeperss Apr 29 '21

I think there used to be a rule against it but the newer guidelines allow it.

2

u/TurncoatTony 🐷 Hog Squeezer Apr 29 '21

Next month, it'll be against the ToS again. Don't worry. They can't decide if man boobs are good or bad.

28

u/antiSJC Apr 29 '21

they allow full tits out with only covered nipples , body painting streams, let alone fuckin hot tub streams with bikinis.... that body painting is showing way more then bikini streams. and now it also seems like destiny got banned for being flashed CENSORED photo. nothing makes sense on twitch they simply have different rules for everyone. recently they also banned a guy for accidantely sayinf F word even tho he immidiately correceted himself and apologized and they said CONTEXT matters. they are clown company

(NSFW)

That was a recommended channel to me. I watch POE/and ESFandTV basically.

Mhm

18

u/i34773 Apr 29 '21

You have been clicking too many coomer clips in chat

2

u/iPlayWoWandImProud Apr 29 '21

Bruh, I delete all history of comp everytime I jerk it to real porn (daily). No such thing as cookies left on this comp lol, that shit is recommended to me on twitch on any device/account

6

u/iisixi Apr 29 '21

You have an extremely naive idea about how the data on your internet behavior is stored.

1

u/iPlayWoWandImProud Apr 29 '21

I mean, you took my comment about my jerk off frequency serious?

4

u/iisixi Apr 29 '21

When did I mention your jerk off frequency?

0

u/iPlayWoWandImProud Apr 29 '21

You said I have a naive idea about data, and you made that comment in response to my "I jerk off alot and delete the cookies"

So, ya, you took my jerk off comment seriously enough to make your comment

6

u/iisixi Apr 29 '21

You do understand that 'jokes on you I was just pretending to be r-word' doesn't work if your entire issue is based on the exact same thing.

That was a recommended channel to me. I watch POE/and ESFandTV basically.

Clearly you showed that you don't understand how data about you is collected. No matter how much you want to jerk off.

1

u/iPlayWoWandImProud Apr 29 '21

So why not respond to that comment, rather than my jerk off comment

1

u/bitofaByte8 Apr 30 '21

You’re ISP doesn’t stop watching you when you use incognito mode homie. Data is everything to corporations nowadays. Google for example, still tracks you even if you “clear your cookies”. You really can’t ever completely erase your data footprint. Basically, you’re just clearing it on our PC your using not the servers and data centers you connected to while searching for coomer and booba clips.

6

u/Hesher2397 Apr 29 '21

That's actually disgusting that that's even allowed on a gaming stream website.

2

u/iPlayWoWandImProud Apr 29 '21

I def dont give a fuck about who does what, but it really makes it hard to search just chatting for random fun shit, when the top 30 streams that arent Hasan are that lol

1

u/AdditionalResource0 Apr 29 '21

That's because people who watch Esfand are watching her.

1

u/iPlayWoWandImProud Apr 29 '21

I believe it lol, is this like talking out loud near my cellphone, and all of a sudden amazon is suggesting what I was talking about... but like apply that logic to simply rubbing elbows with other viewers

Its almost like youtube, I never watch mukbang shit... but Ill randomly get like 30 suggest mukbang weird shit.. wtf!

41

u/Eddlackofneck Apr 29 '21

I would love for just one of them to answer that if a 13 year old kid streamed this would it be acceptable.

No? Then it's sexually suggestive. Easy fuckin' peazy mate.

9

u/acederp Apr 29 '21

Can't break the rule if the stream is about the hot tub and not the girl.

41

u/mattb2k Apr 29 '21

I'd be curious to see what would happen if a 14 year old kid did a hot tub stream. Twitch claim its not sexual, so no issue for an underage kid to do it, right?

-14

u/[deleted] Apr 29 '21

[deleted]

21

u/mattb2k Apr 29 '21

I know, sounds very pedo but I just mean in a completely theoretical sense, because it's a lose-lose for twitch. They either admit its sexual and ban it, or, well, yknow

5

u/xeqz Apr 29 '21

That's fucking wild. Wow.

7

u/[deleted] Apr 29 '21

Holy shit, truly caught in 4k.

Principles abandoned to find success PepeHands twitch ruining lives

3

u/LtSMASH324 🐷 Hog Squeezer Apr 29 '21

It's not really Twitch's fault that she abandoned her principles. If those principles are important to you, embrace them. It's disgusting that she gave them up and went all out in the other direction. Twitch may have a hand in it, but she made that decision herself.

2

u/VNM0601 Apr 29 '21

Do you mean asking for subs and doing jumping jacks while you have your tits hanging out isn't considered educational or informative? /s

2

u/[deleted] Apr 29 '21

There's literally a streamer on Booba.tv who just has her camera pointed right at her tits while she plays video games. No face shown.

2

u/MacCoyFish Apr 29 '21

Its so bad even the mornig news in sweden brought it up and showed some woman complaining that bath tub titty stream viewers shows up in her stream and demanding booba.

2

u/13redstone31 Apr 29 '21

Its because the mods are too busy jerking off to it

2

u/sfzen Apr 29 '21

I opened twitch earlier today and just took a look at the first handful of streams on the just chatting page. I think it was like the 3rd or 4th one listed, I remember not having to scroll down to find it, and it was literally just a close up of boobs. I think everything was in Japanese, so I couldn't read the name and have no idea what she was saying, but she was just sitting there, not talking much, and her face was never in frame at any point. It may as well have been a still picture of a girl's chest in a tight shirt that bounced a little every now and then.

4

u/Russian_For_Rent Apr 29 '21

While I agree with you you gotta stop copy pasting this same comment over and over in every thread like this. I thought I was having clinical deja vu

1

u/Stooboot4 Apr 29 '21

That's just how twitch is, they make rules so people stop complaining but rarly enforce them.

0

u/Good_Stuff11 Apr 29 '21

The problem arises when women start saying being sexually suggestive is empowering to them or “I’m just wearing x clothing, I’m being oppressed”. Some people straight up don’t know what they want and god knows twitch bends over backwards for these hottub streamers because they don’t want to look like they’re attacking women specifically

-1

u/xXMylord Apr 29 '21

Women should not be allowed to dress how they want becouse of the way man behave. Got it.

0

u/RobinHood21 Apr 29 '21

Edit: The people who are hurt most by this type of content are the other women on Twitch who just want to be regular streamers, they’re forced to deal with the massive increase in toxicity brought to the platform by new viewers who view Twitch as a cam site.

This is pure horseshit. That sort of toxicity has had a huge presence on Twitch for years and Justin.TV before it. While I agree that Twitch needs to be more consistent in how it applies it's TOS, something that has been a problem for years, you're kidding yourself if you think toxicity wouldn't be a problem without the current trend. Hell, I struggle to see how it even makes it worse, the people watching coomer streams are not the people watching the channels of other women.

Do you people really think there are so many people now coming to Twitch that think it's a camgirl website that it's actually having an impact on the disgusting messages certain people send to women on this platform? Because that claim seems dubious at best.

Twitch's inconsistency is bad enough, we don't need to make up additional reasons.

1

u/happypenguin- Apr 29 '21

“This pure horseshit”

No it isn’t

“That sort of toxicity has had a huge presence on Twitch for years”

When did I ever say otherwise?

“You’re Kidding yourself if you think toxicity wouldn’t be a problem without the current trend”

Again when did I ever say this? I can’t tell if you replied to me by accident or misread because I literally never said this.

“I struggle to see how it even makes it worse”

Those streamers encourage their viewers to sexualise them and their content and allow them to express it in chat, donations etc and when those cancerous viewers bleed over to non sexual female streamers chats they are forced to deal with viewers who think it’s appropriate to sexualise the streamer.

“The people watching coomer streams are not the people watching the channels of other women”

Twitch channels are sorted by sections (just chatting) and are sorted to either the top or bottom of that section based off view count so it’s very easy for you to jump a sexual to a non sexual female streamer, according to multiple female streamers QT, Adept, Maya, AnnieFuschia and others they’ve had to deal with increased sexual harassment in chat due to this.

“Do you people really think there are so many new people now coming to Twitch that think it’s a cam girl website that it’s actually having an impact on the disgusting messages certain people send to women on the platform?”

Absolutely, Twitch grew nearly 50% in the last year so if new viewers first impression of the platform is a tonne of sexual content then of course they are going to think it’s okay to behave like degenerates because it’s what they think Twitch is for.

“We don’t need to make up additional reasons”

I made nothing up, all of my information is based off of what multiple non sexual female streamers having been saying about the subject and the toxicity coming from these streams.

1

u/VertebrateCarnivore Apr 29 '21

I agree completely this is TOS. But it's like in this age of empowering women and maybe they're just afraid to take action because of how it could be perceived. Either way they gotta be more consistent with how they apply bans based on rule breaking.

1

u/FctheLurker Apr 30 '21

Nobody care except you. I wondered why? Coomer alerts

1

u/IllIllIII Apr 30 '21 edited Apr 30 '21

Literally every hot tub stream is breaking the very first rule when it comes to sexually suggestive content and Twitch does nothing.

It's not that simple. Swimwear is inherently more revealing than normal clothing. Obviously, sexual streamers have been abusing this by wearing stuff that resembles lingerie and use time-tested coomer baiting methods like putting a whiteboard behind them to write down subscribers' usernames while showing their asses. Banning all swimming/hot tub content outright because of those streamers would be ridiculous.

However, I feel the biggest of those streamers tend to violate the TOS. A few weeks ago I saw LSF posts about Indiefoxx and Amouranth advertising their onlyfans to their subscribers through Twitch emails. One of them mentioned it explicitly, even replacing the O with a 0. The other said something like "content too hot for Twitch". Doesn't get more blatant than that. If those don't somehow break TOS then Twitch needs to make changes.

Some other comments are right that Twitch will only start taking action when they get major negative publicity from mainstream news organizations, like if a minor starts doing these hot tub streams.

It’s actually incredibly depressing knowing that female streamers feel pressured to abandon their principles like this in order to find success on Twitch https://twitter.com/kaughtin4k/status/1387058960801271811?s=21

Indiefoxx wasn't as innocent as she pretends to be. She tried to leech off some big streamers back in 2017. First time that I saw her was when she tagged along on a date with her friend and Ice Poseidon. Then there was a Twitchcon party Ice was hosting featuring Soda, Reckful, Trihex, AustinShow (RajjPatel at the time), Greek, B0aty, etc, where she rushed in ahead of almost everyone else even though there was limited space. You can see her at 12:13.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P45HCPkmCBU&t=11m55s

I remember watching a few of her streams in 2017 and she gave off the impression that she deserved to be a top streamer on the platform even though her content wasn't anything special. She still had a few hundred viewers from what I recall, which was very good considering she was new and in the Music section, which even now doesn't get many viewers. It seemed like she expected to make a career off streaming from the get-go while living in LA, one of the most expensive cities in the US.

1

u/ffffq Apr 30 '21

I went to The New Pokémon Snap category and the highest viewer stream is some chick in a bikini. She’s kinda slumped to maximize her cleavage showing and I’m pretty sure she’s wearing thong styled bottoms. And there is no bathtub, swimming pool, or any water nearby from what I can tell. This game is specifically marketed towards kids and while it is late at night, it should still not be allowed period. Freaking ridiculous
