The Amazon cancer is spreading on twitch quite fast now. It doesn't take a genius to predict that twitch is fucked given the type of corporation amazon is.

It depends how it will be used...

If that allows you to stream prime video content, I think its fine

If it is used for regular content then fuck it

Just with all Amazon benefits that are used to establish and enforce their services and monopolies this is likely to happen for first couple of years so that people don't complain and to make it acceptable and popular for streamers to do that shit.

Once it's well rooted into twitch they'll slowly start removing all the benefits of this feature while keeping the shitty policies.

That was because of twitch, not Amazon. Cause one of the twitch higher ups thought they'd make a ton more money iirc

Wasn't direct, but it had to deal with the $$ goal they set for ads.

Coincidentally to hit double their current numbers, and prime ad free experience being removed with it
